Just a note: I don't know who set it up, but apparently you can add [info]neonepiphany as a friend to get the syndicated feed from my blog (and flickr photos).[info]

That would have been me. In a fit of efficiency I grabbed all the available RSS feeds from blogs I read and put them on lj syndication a while back.

Put the url for your feed into the box on the bottom of this page:
http://www.livejournal.com/syn/

It will then check to see if there is already a feed, and if there isn't, it will ask you to give it a name.
